Subscriptions, cancellation & refunds

1. Plans

• Free: $0.
• PRO: $6.99/month.
• AI Premium: $14.90/month.

The final amount, currency and applicable tax appear in Stripe Checkout before confirmation. Stripe processes payment; ForecastLab does not store the full card number.

2. Free trial

An eligible user receives one 7-day free trial for a paid subscription. It is once per user and does not reset when changing plans, email or account. Stripe may request a payment method to start it.

Unless cancelled before the trial end shown in Checkout or the account, it automatically converts to a monthly paid subscription.

3. Renewal and failed payment

The subscription renews monthly at the selected plan price until cancelled. Stripe may retry a failed payment; access may be restricted when the subscription enters a status that does not grant access.

4. Cancellation

Cancel in your account through Stripe Customer Portal. Under the current configuration, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid period and access remains until then. Stripe's confirmation shows the exact date. Deleting an account is not a safe cancellation method—cancel the subscription first.

5. Changing plan

You can switch between PRO and AI Premium in your account through Stripe Customer Portal. The change applies immediately and Stripe calculates a proportional charge or credit for the remaining part of the current period. An existing 7-day trial continues and does not restart when the plan changes. The exact amount is shown before confirmation. If the option is unavailable, email support@betdata.online.

6. Consumer withdrawal right

If EU/EEA distance-contract withdrawal rights apply, you may give notice within 14 days of initially concluding the contract without a reason. Send a clear statement to support@betdata.online with the account email and order date.

If service began at your express request during the withdrawal period, applicable law may permit a proportionate charge for service already supplied where required formalities were met. Mandatory rights in your country are not limited.

7. Refunds

Outside mandatory withdrawal rights, payments are normally non-refundable for a partially used period. We review duplicate or erroneous charges, confirmed technical inability to provide paid access, and any case required by law. Contact support from the account email; never send a full card number.
