1. Data controller

2. Data we process

• email, password hash, registration and email verification dates;
• account status and the accepted legal-document version;
• plan, subscription status and dates, Stripe customer/subscription IDs, payment-event and invoice history; we do not receive or store the full card number;
• IP address, approximate country, language choice, cookies, server logs, browser and request details;
• when analytics is allowed — a random Google Analytics client ID, page views, traffic source, interactions and subscription funnel steps without sending your email;
• support requests and related messages.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Contract: registration, sign-in, content access, subscription management and support.
• Legal obligation: tax and accounting records, lawful authority requests and consumer protection.
• Legitimate interests: security, fraud and repeat-trial prevention, diagnostics, legal claims and reliability.
• Consent: Google Analytics and associated analytics cookies; consent can be rejected or withdrawn at any time through Cookie settings.

The algorithm automatically produces sports predictions. It does not make legal or similarly significant decisions about users.

4. Sources and geolocation

Most data comes from you or is generated when the site operates. Approximate country is derived locally on our server from the IP address using a DB-IP database to select RU/EN. The IP is not sent to DB-IP for this lookup. A manual language choice takes priority and is stored in a cookie.

5. Recipients and providers

Access is limited to personnel and providers needed for the Service: Stripe (payments and billing portal), Google Analytics (analytics after consent), Seznam Email Profi (service email), FORPSI (VPS hosting), GoDaddy (domain and DNS) and DB-IP (local geolocation database). They process data under their own terms and applicable agreements. Data may be transferred outside the EEA using safeguards required by law.

We do not sell personal data and do not use advertising trackers.

6. Retention

• active-account data — while the account exists;
• after a deletion request — until deletion and backup cycles complete, except data required by law or legal claims;
• billing and accounting documents — for the mandatory period under applicable law;
• security logs — normally up to 90 days, longer only for incident investigation;
• support records — as needed to respond, resolve disputes or meet legal records duties.

7. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, object to legitimate-interest processing and withdraw consent. Email support@betdata.online; we may verify identity to protect the account.

You may also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, Czech Republic, or your local supervisory authority.

8. Security, children and changes

We use HTTPS, access controls, password hashing and technical logs. No storage method is absolutely secure. The Service is not for anyone under 18; contact us if a minor's data was provided by mistake.

We will update this page and version date when processing changes and use the site or email for material notices.
