Terms of Service

1. Operator and acceptance

ForecastLab at betdata.online (the “Service”) is provided by Albicom Industries s.r.o., Company ID 24184772, VAT ID CZ24184772, Nová kolonie 2604/8, Stodůlky, 155 00 Praha 5, Czech Republic (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@betdata.online.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the rules of your selected subscription. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What ForecastLab provides

ForecastLab publishes pre-match statistical analysis, probabilities and algorithm-generated predictions. We are not a bookmaker: we do not accept bets, hold betting funds or pay winnings. The content is not financial or investment advice and does not guarantee any result.

A probability is a model estimate, not a promise. Sporting events are uncertain and source data may be incomplete or change after publication.

3. Age and legality

The Service is only for people aged 18 or older, or any higher minimum age required by local law for betting-related content. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your country of residence and location. We may restrict access in particular jurisdictions.

4. Account

Some features require an account and verified email. Provide a working email, keep your password secure and tell us about suspected unauthorised access. A person must not create multiple accounts to obtain another free trial.

We may suspend or close an account for breach of these Terms, attempts to bypass access controls, bulk automated copying, fraud or security threats.

5. Plans and access

• Free: after registration, Over 0.5 predictions and the complete table of matches that did not pass the recommendation filter; visitors without an account can preview 20% of the table rows.
• PRO — $6.99/month: Service markets except handicap and Over 2.5.
• AI Premium — $14.90/month: all available markets, including handicap and Over 2.5.

Markets and presentation may change as the model is updated. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to a paid plan.

6. Subscription and payment

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe and renew monthly until cancelled. One 7-day free trial is available to an eligible user across paid plans, not once per plan. Stripe will automatically charge the selected plan after the trial unless it is cancelled beforehand.

Cancellation, refunds and withdrawal rights are explained in the Subscription & Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Acceptable use

The Service is for personal, non-commercial use. You must not resell access or predictions, share accounts, bypass paid access, perform bulk scraping, disrupt the website, distribute malicious code or use the Service unlawfully.

8. Intellectual property

The website, design, text, data structure, selection and presentation of predictions belong to us or are lawfully used. Team and league names and emblems may belong to their respective owners; display does not imply partnership or endorsement.

9. Availability and liability

We aim for accuracy and availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free data, a particular return or a successful prediction. Do not make betting decisions solely from the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or betting losses. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms. The version and date appear above. Material changes will be communicated through the site or email. You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time; obligations already incurred remain.

11. Governing law and disputes

Czech law applies. For consumers, this does not remove mandatory protection under the law of their usual country of residence. Please first contact support@betdata.online so we can try to resolve a complaint directly.
